im a idiot and pulled the plastic tab that was in my timing chain tensioner and it popped all the way out and now i caint get it back in and im about to take it apart does anyone know how to put it back down.

you can just use a small screwdriver in the end and it will take the pressure off, turn it clockwise and push it in.

i just got back from getting my manual at my sisters house thanks it worked i figured there had to be some stupid thing i hadnt tried yet.
