clutch problems

i had my clutch off my 400 when i put a crf 450 cam chain on it and i must not of put it together right becasue i cant get it to disengage. i dont have a manual so im kind of in the dark here. if someone could post step by step how to put it back together it would be great, pics would be good too. i searched too and couldnt find what i wanted. thanks

i took my clutchs clear off my 400 a couple days ago and when i put it back together i found this bearing that im not sure where it goes. i put it behind the pressure plate but i dont think that is right becasue when i put it back together and pulled my clutch lever back it was like there was nothing there. im not sure what i put back wrong. hopefully one of you guys could help me, sorry theres not alot of info here, i dont know much about clutchs and i was just hoping i remembered the right way to put it back together.
