Does anyone know a webmail type server that will allow you to have @yourcompanyname.com? We have it right now, but it is a pop server, we want something that you can check your company email in florida, or texas, or wherever. Thanks.

we use www.godaddy.com for ours. Then you can check it off of their website. Best thing to do is get microsoft exchange on your server($1,500) and then you could vpn in remotley into your system.....it's the catazz!

Exchange with Outlook Web Access is the way to go, buy you a domain off go daddy get some one to set you up a exchange server, you wont be disappointed there are so many benefits, calendar syncing and looks just like outlook but its all through the browser.

Yeah I'd have to agree that Outlook Web Access or OWA is the way to go so long as it's Exchange 2003 and above and not Exchange 5.5.

It's a secure connection via HTTPS and your mail is all in one place.

The only drawback is storage quotas, but at least you know your mail is getting backed up.
