Not sure for a 450r but i had one for an old suzuki lt125 it was a clymer manual, had many pictures and good explanation.

i just got a clymer manual for my ex.its made for the doit yourselfer.its got alot of pics and ive heard its better than the honda ones.

i just bought one from a honda dealer, 68 bucks, and it was used by them because they didnt know what they were doin.. lol
