Just got some 450 front shocks for the 400 and I dont have a clue as to how to adjust these things. I ride mainly trail and recreational, maybe a jump here and there. Feed me any kind of info I need to know to make these things perform good. Im 5'11 195 pounds.

trails and more flat terrain with some jumps slow the rebound down a lot maybe all the way. This will make it feel more plush. If you hit whoops your going to need to make the rebound faster otherwise it will pack up. Compression for rec riding you could probally set to the least amount being soft and it will work out. The top screw you see near the resevoir is the compression and the lower screw near the a-arm is rebound.
