I do. Bristol to be specific. I have about4 -5 nice pis to go riding in and then there are the powerlines, and miles of trails going way back on backroads into burlington and Wolcott. Nice places to ride and no problems yet. Have you ever been in Bristol. My neigbor owns Manchester and Sons Trucking and built 2 tracks in his pit -- they have been there for years and years and they keep on getting better and beter -- sorry no pics.

not too sure about an established riding area...

My riding buddies have a Kawasaki Bayou, CR-80, Yamaha Banshee, RM-125, Suzuki Lt250, and then we frequently meet up with people with Raptors, 4ooex's, a Z-400, and a couple nice custom trikes.

Being but 15 years of age is somewhat of a handicap -- no license= no trailering. I could get my brother to drive me over in the trailer but i would be stuck riding my KX250 and he would takethe quad. Doesnt really bother me, unless we are doing a lot of trails -- that thing eats up gas like crazy and i have no place to bring gas -- usually we tie on a 2 and half gallon container on my friends bayou for the KX and my friends CR -- friggin 2 strokes, eat gas like you wouldnt believe!!

I'm in Seymour. 84 west. Route 8 south. That's where I'm at. One of these days I'm coming up to Bristol. I here it's very good. How's the Police in the local area?

the police arent terrible -- ive only been stopped twice, but they just told me to go home. I don't have to trailer my quad -- i can just ride through my backyard and enter the woods which lead to the tracks and anywhere i want to go. I'm not sure if you have heard of Lake Compounce (oldest continuously running amusement park in the world -- i think) But there is some awesome riding up there with lots of water, nice trails, and no police. The only thing is that there are tons of rocks and boulders, which leads to a lot of flats. Bristol keeps me happy for weekend riding but in the summer and fal i would rather be in Massachussetts.

Oxford? Do you ever ride behind Hookman's cemetery down 188?

No, I didn't know there was a place to ride down there. Is it "safe"? I'll look for it tomorrow morning on the way to work.
P.S. I'm an aircraft repairman also!

I live in Plainville CT.

I used to ride in the Plainville Pits but they got shut down due to new houses. Cops even have a quad of there own.

Now I just race in NEATV-MX (for last four years) and try to get to the practice tracks when I can.

Hey MIKE400EX, you wouldn't happen to be a Sikorsky aircraft mechanic? The state of Connecticut owns the land behind the cemetery all the way up to the Great Hill fire house, and from Kathy drive over to Great Hill rd. The town of Seymour ownes the property where the resevoir is. Nobody bothers us.
