adjusting valves 300ex

i was just wandering what the exact proper way to adjust the valves are for a 300ex. i've had people tell me to use .004 all the way around and some say .004 on intake and .005 on exaust. plus can anybody tell me the best way to do it. thanks

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the manual says .004 all the way around.

I think it's .004 on the intake and .006 on the exhaust. Don't quote me but better lose the tight i always say.
