TRX250R Rad Shroud Bracket Part # ???

Hey guys & gals,

Does anyone know the Part number to the Upper Rad shroud brackets on an '86 TRX250R ???

The black brackets that wrap around the frame just behind the front fender mounting bolt.

I can't find them in any fiche.......:(

Honda never made those parts seperate from the frame. If you wanted them new I think you had to buy a whole frame, that is when you could still get frames.

But, I just saw those mounts on Ebay not to long ago, try key words 250R radiator.

I had the same problem as you on a 86 build, I just made some mounts out of 3/16 steel like the 87-89 style and welded them on the 86 frame.

if you dont want to make some, order some radiator shroud mounts from Fullbore. They will bolt to the bosses on your frame perfectly.

ahhhh! Thanks for the great suggestion.......but I found a set on e-bay for $9.99.
