Yes, soon I am going to be rebuilding my R. I do a lot more harescrambles than Mx. So would a stage 1 Hot cam be alot better? Ive heard that it gives you more bottom end on it. Or just a stage 2?

Yes, a stage 1 or a stock '02 CRF cam will give you more bottom end than a stage 2. I'm in the process of trying to figure out which cam and piston I want to get. I really want to ride a few with similar mods as me but have a stage 1, stage 2, crf, so that I can FEEL the difference. I doubt I'll be able to do that, so from what I've read, I'll probably be going with a stage 1 and 12:1 piston.

Oh yea, I wouldnt be expecting a big jump in power. What other mods you got in mind?
