Just wanted to show off the rebuild.
Here's where I started..

Frame with Teixeira Tech and new powdercoat

Installed harness, Hermann +2 stem, Precision, Powergrip pegs, subframe, Fluidyne radiator, and motor. Motor has Dasa ported head w/Kibblewhite valve and dual springs, 02 CRF cam, 11.5:1 piston, and Rekluse pro.

clean that motor and it'll be sickk!! get some degreaser and some simple green all purpose make it mintt

Added the Flexx bars, spindles, hubs, Galfer rotors, Powermadds w/wraps, ASV shorty levers, Pro Armor tether, Fly killswitch, Fox Floats, Houser +.5 arms, and Pro Armor nerfs.

Fitted up the plastics and IMS tank. Also bolted up the Houser swingarm, Houser LT linkage, rear Elka, Dominator II XC axle w/ race hub, DMR-XC grab bar, galfer rotor, and finished up the brakes with some braided lines.

Yea, it needed it, but I was too excited to get it back together.

All done, put on the graphics, Fourwerx hood, PRM summit bumper, Quadtech seat, Pro Armor swingarm skid, Pro Armor heelguards, HMF Ballance carbon system, and Hipers.
Also replaced chain/spockets, all cables and bearings during build and am trying out some front roller wheels bearings. Still need to change out the rear Hiper rings to black, bolt on the PRM frame skid, and install the black clutch cover.

looks good. Where did you get that grab bar. I hav ebeen looking for them for a while now.


Also, im not going to ask how your going to the quad off that cabinent without something going boom.

Here's the info on the grab bar.
Retails for $84.99 + shipping thru Performance Supercycle. Call Ryan Morphew @ 1-931-498-2301.
Hopefully they still make them.

As far as taking it down, I have some eyelets in the garage that my Jeep hardtop hangs from in the summer. I hung the front bumper from a rachet strap, lifted the back up while she moved the cabinet and set it down onto the back tires and grab bar. Not to bad.
