i don't think a new clutch will give more power. i think that the new clutch will handle more power, abuse, and heat. the stock ones may slip a bit where a good aftermarket one may not under the same conditions.

No is the answer, that would be impossible. The only thing a "better" clutch will do is reduce slipping, make shifting stiffer so to speak so your engine, gears are engaging better.
Be carefull though, my friend replaced his and it was so hard to pull he went back to the stock.

Clutches make things faster, but only if they are a polaris. Manual's will only make it so they will slip less and get the new power to the ground.
