450R Rear sprocket

What changes would i see going from a 38 tooth to a 39 tooth on my rear sprocket?

You'll have slightly lower gearing. 1 tooth in the front = 3 teeth in the back.

I run 14/39. I noticed a difference.

14/40 here 13/40 makes it pretty nasty...i kinda like it!
