So not to long ago i snapped my swinger clean off so i figured while the quad was sittin in the garage id just go ahead and do some much needed maintenance on it. Kinda a rebuild anyways lol
So Far i have
- painted subframe, exhaust guard, oil filter cover, a-arms, motor plugs.. a gloss black which turned out real nice/
-polished and repacked my supertrapp ids pipe.
-installed new bearings ALL around.
-new swingarm, swingarm bolt.
-new carrier
-new race numbers by attack graphics
-new handle bars, clutch lever, grips and handgaurds and ECATV tether.
-new clutch cable, clutch plates and clutch springs.
-new tusk nerf bars.
-new renthal chain
-new 38t sprocket
-redone the wiring harness
-new battery
-new twin air air filter with custom air box lid.
-removed the stock snorkle.
-replace all top end gaskets and case gaskets.
I still gotta put new wheels and tires all around and new front shocks and new graphics cause the stock ones was removed.
*ill try to get some pics up later garage is a wreck now so cant tell whats what lol
