setting up for ice racing

i decided that im going to try ice racing this year so i bought 4 tires and a shorter swing arm off some guy. the swing arm is finally off. i worked on it two days ago all afternoon hitting with a 4 pound hammer. i couldnt even get it to spin with an impact. it was just stripping the bolt. then i tried torching it and that didnt do anything. then i brought it to my cousin and after another 4 hours later it finally came out after it was cut in 3 places. he said it was the hardest thing hes had to get out in 20 years. it sucked so bad.

Ive heard they can be a beeyoottchh..I have to comment on the jack stands...or chair stands.....for that matter!

Ive heard they can be a beeyoottchh..I have to comment on the jack stands...or chair stands.....for that matter! lol thanks. i was thinking about buying an atv stand but im glad i didnt because id be outta money right now. today i went to the dealer to get a new bolt and they didnt have any which sucks cause the first race is tommarow but they ordered me one so hopefully it will be here by next weekend. but they did have a tether and a bearing kit so it will give me something to do till the bolt gets in.

does any one know if the bearing and stuff need to be pressed in or should i be able to do it by myself?

How was your tether to install? is it made by moose?

no its pro design the moose thing is my bearing and stuff for my swingarmf. it was super easy to install i just followed the directions at

are you allowed to run studs ?

If so, are you going to stud those ?

If not, i have a set of studs that id sell real cheap. Here are the rears, their mounted, but I dont know the bolt pattern off the top of my head.

they have studded classes but im going to race in the non studded class this year. thanks for the offer though.

today i started my quad up and i heard a sucking noise and i saw oil leaking out of the left side of my case. a hose got lose some how. But my question is am i going to have to order new gaskets when i take the left side of the case off or should they be fine? is there and o rings or anything that ill have to replace also?
