dmc 916 pipes brokenish

hi banshee nut's Happy new year to you all.
so ive got a question i have dmc 916 pipes and they are ace, but the hanger at the back of the silencer where the silincer mounts to the bracket via rubber that has broken /came undone.
any 1 else came across this if so what is the best way of going about fixing this ?

just to make things clear it is the rubber that is broken
