swing arm bearing removal?

when i took the swinger off the bearings where all dust so now i just have whats in the picture... do i just hit them with a hammer til they come out or do they have stops on the inside? thanks

There are stops on the inside. You need to bang them from the inside out.

there are no stops on the front ,just rear carrier.

the kit from bettencourts is like 50$ for all the parts

There's no stops, it's smooth all through. You can go either way, but for taking out going towards middle (inside) is easier.
