How to adj a clutch

I need help adj the clutch on my 06 450r

I have a 04 450r. I would like to know how to also. I have a service manual but no adjustment information, just how to replace. Can you make the lever shorter? Like in destance from the grip?

the more play the closer to the bar it will grab.

the motor adjuster is usually a good way to tell how much life ur clutch has left. the more threads that are showing in the front wheel side of the adjuster the better. soon as there are hardly any threads left your out of adjustment.
you must always have say a nickle thickness of space in the clutch or you are gonna wear your clutch out prematurally.

usually on a brand new clutch the threads will be equal on each side of the adjuster. i always use O.E.M clutches too:D
