Thats why they are only used with a class 3 or 4 hitch which can support the weight.

Class 3- Up to 5,000 lbs

Class 4 -Up to 12,000 lbs

also recommends you have load levelers ( stable loads ) or an air bag system ( firestone).

I see that for dirtbikes more often but have never seen it done with a quad lol Pretty awesome though no jack knifing or having backup in between a tight spot worrying about which way the trailer is turning and for a person that ride by themselves and stuff it seems ideal.

Really something ya need a truck for..

And yall are panzies, I simply lift the front end up myself and place on the tailgate and hold it there while I hop out then grab the grab bar and throw it in.Works well..

Course not all of us are that strong and my toyota truck is kinda high too, a lower truck would be easier lol.

i dont think we were looking at it for pickups. its almost the same height as the tailgate but for SUV or RV's where you can put aquad inside it.

I think it would be to heavy honestly for the rear of a durango.

Trailer?

Other than having a large thing sticking out from the rear it sounds feasible I guess.

Couldnt hurt to try now could it?

My dad and I didn't trust those ones so since we have a machine shop we built our own.

Its super strong and we had our 550lb 4x4 on it and it was fine.

I dont know how most trucks will handle it. My dads 3500 has such stiff rear springs its rediculous.. and also has a class 4 hitch.

i seen in an issue of dirt wheels they put a yfz450 in a suv with the bars turned down though and could shut the back of it
