Steering stabilizer installation

I just bought the below pictured steering stabilizer, I was hoping that people can post detailed photos of how their steering stabilizers look installed on their atv's. I appreciate it, I have to install mine and would just like to make sure I do it right.

Hornet & Moose, I see both of you have mounted your stabilizers a little differently. Does it make a difference? Before I forget thank you for the pictures.

they are both mounted the same way.

i never had one or felt one what exactly is the point of one does it make it harder to turn? if so why would u want that ?

They dampen rapid steering movement from bumps, pot holes or hard landings. They allow smooth movement of your steering. Minimizes arm fatigue and allows for longer harder riding. Mine is 7 way adjustable depending on riding style and terrain.

The mount that attaches to the frame is differently positioned on each. Moose & Hornet have their frame mounts installed differently One is inverted compared to the other. I dont know if it makes a difference, but that is why I am asking why they are installed differently?

PS-Not to get off the subject of steering stabilizer installation but I just looked at Hornets link to the photos of his quad. That machine is like a work of art, good luck.
