Going through some of the parts that I do have for my rebuild.

On the rear suspension link arm, where the shock bolts up the the "U" shaped linkage.

The bushings that I have seem like they are just a little to small. They have a lilttle play in them. They do not look like they are worn, the link it self is not worn looking at all either. The bushings just seem a little small for the hole.

Now before everybody just tells me to replace them, I am just wondering if anybody else has seen this before on one that is not worn out? Or is this normally a loose fit? Or, just order new ones.

I am kind of thinking they may just be the wrong bushings in it.
In the picture looking up at the light, you can see the size of the bushing.

You have a bushing for an 85 ATC250R there. The 85 parts are smaller.

Cool. That explains it. I thought they were just the wrong ones.

Guess I will have to order some.

Thanks for the info.
