What sprockets are you guy's running ( xr - crf - ?? ) ? Stock chain is 428, if you change front and rear to 420, is that better, worse, advantages, disadvantages ????

Yeah, but I stayed with the 428 setup. Also, find out what size your shaft is for your front sprocket. They sale two sizes (17mm and 20mm). If I remember correct you changed the motor out. The Typhoon size is 17mm.

PMP sprockets makes rear sprockets for tthe Typhoon.
TY001 has the large holes for the rubber dampers
TY002 has small 8mm holes for mounting direct
I just ordered a 46 and a 48 tooth 428 sprockets
We run a 13 tooth on front because I changed the gear ratio at the crank and clutch. We have more top end than we need for most tracks, so we will use the power elsewhere! The IRK makes these motors scream.

we are running xr50 sprockets on my sons. but i have a gpx125 in it with a manual clutch and a 146 bbk. i think he is 11 or 12 in the front and like a 41 in the rear. i will count tomorrow and see. i am also going to do a speed run with the gps to see where it is at in each gear.

we switched to xr50 rear so that i could run aluminum sprocket instead of the heavy as hell steel.
