trying to find a cam

Not much info out there on cam choices. I have stock head, stock carb. Looking for something to increase overall powerband. Mid to high. Want to be able to use stock springs and not have to go w/ a high comp piston….

From the limited info I’ve been able to find, I suppose the KTM 8/06 cam is my choice? The 8/07 is for big bore kits correct? I’ve read to stay away from hotcams.

Any helpful insight is appreciated.

I have only heard that cams are not worth your time unless your doing the big bore and lots of other power add ons. my .02
