wont sit still

alright so i was riding today and not dogging it or anything, just casual riding.
i stop for a moment to respond to the "call of nature" and when i go start my quad back up in 1st gear it started to pull pretty hard, even with the clutch all the way pulled in. the idle seems really low if i hold the rear brake with it in first.any idea on what is causing the problem, and what the solution might be? i have a hunch it has to do with the clutch adjustment. i would like to have this solved before tommorow morning for me to go riding with my buddies.
my quad is only 9 months old, and the engine is 100% stock.

i appreciate any info on the subject.

maybe adjust your clutch cable

should i decrease or increase the freeplay?

Since its new and stock...

adjust the cable right by the lever on the handlebars, you should be able to stick a nickel in between the lever and perch with freeplay.

thank you so much, that fixed it right up. i tried it started right up. and didnt move an inch.
i still need to adjust it a little more, i can fit two nickel bewteen the perch and clutch right now.

Its not an exact thing, I'm sure its fine the way it is.... if it cured the problem... ride it!

my 05 did that after about 6 months i adjusted it like that and its still fine
