Fitting tires on wheels

I will be getting a 9x8 Hiper wheel and I would like to run with Razr2 tires but they only make it 20x11-9. Will the 9 inch fit on the 8 inch wheel? Please help.

if you are asking if a 9" tire will fit on a 8" rim then no, or the other way around:chinese:

9" wide x 8" tall (wheel)

20" tall x 11"wide x 9" tall (tire) these will not fit on each other

are you running xc or mx? you want to get 9"wheels for those tires...............hope this helps:)
