This guy brought a lt250r to the shop saying it starts hard, he said but you can pull start it ha ha yeah right. Anyway we took a look at it and mic'd some things and it had a 40 over jug and a standard piston, so we sent out and got new piston and all that kinda fun stuff, and they actually had the shifter shaft spring messed up too they had actually bent that spring to cross instead of stay apart kinda like a pair of scissors instead the side case. So we got jug and everything and spring back together. And tried to kick it spark good, compression good not a lick of spark. I have no idea if it actually ran before, anymore you can't trust anysone word which is sad. Is there anything else that could be missed or anything, and if nothing else does someone have a CDI box laying around they let go of cheap or let me try to something and if that is the case we will order a new one from Suzuki for this guy. We just don't want to get stuck with a CDi we can't use. We have enough parts now that people have ordered and such and not wanted, or they gave us wrong info to order. We can get all OEM parts for any bike, but there is not return on a cdi box.
