A few years back, I was talking to a friend of mine who was a factory rider in the 90's for Honda (Road Racing). We were discussing my jetting problems. Since he had traveled around the world racing. And had extensive experience testing two and four stroke bikes for Honda, I can trust his advice. He had explained to me that "ALL" their race bikes used a oxygen sensor off the exhaust pipe header to help determine proper jetting. He told me where to go to purchase the stuff to get this done. WOW! All problems solved.
Now recently, I just learned of a air/fuel ratio kit available by Jet4Power.com that is available to all of us. This kit will work, and solve all your jetting requirements. Check it out. Kind of steep price, But considering the time, money, and guess work it elliminates. It's worth it! And the kit does not have to stay on just one bike. The welded bung on your pipe can be pluged, and the kit can be used on other bikes.
