Frame rust. Solutions?

I've noticed some rust on the inside of some tubes and when i took off my skids some under them too. What is a solution to this?

not to sound like an @sshole but that frame is screaming powdercoat me but i understand if you dont wanna get it done

Yes powdercoat is a really good way to go, but if you dont want to spend the money on powdercoat, i would put a wire wheel on a hand grinder and get all of the loose and old paint off that ytou can. Then sand the metal down to smooth it out. After that put a good primer coat of paint on, wait until dry, and then put the fame color grey on or whatever color you like.
