electrical?

I have had my 250 R apart for many years. I just put the engine back in it last week, I had put a piston in it a while ago.

It was running fine when I put a piston in it other than having excessive slap.

So I bolt it all together and plug the wires back in under the tank that go to the stator /pulse generator and It has no spark.

Heres what I have at the connector a 2 wire connector that has green/white
blue/yellow on one side and I couldnt see what the opposing side of the plug had for color in the dark but it s obvious that it is the only other plug of that type.

Then theres a spade connector with a Black/red pluged into the only other female spade so it seems to be a given.

Then theres a round plug male black/white Not used
round plug male dark green not used

The last wire is the white wire. Cut and its white on both sides of like they were connected.

Question is what do I check forst and is the white wire supposed to be connected together.

There is no factory on off switch or lighting.
Just a tether.

checked wiring diagram in my service ,manual and it dosnt even show a white to white wire??

I tested my coil and it came back bad does anyone have known good coil they wanna sell?
