i need to replace a gasket that is between the jug and the head, head gasket?, and was wondering how much it would cost to have a shop do it. the local honda dealer charges 85 per hour and was wondering how long might take and the price of the gasket or is it worth doing my self cause i have the book to kinda guide me, let me know what you think.

how would i know if they were bad as in what to look for, the oil is leaking on the left side of the motor but it runs on the right side so somehow its going to the left and it smokes pretty good too on start ups and deacceleration:ermm:
