86' 250r atc

Just bought an 86'250r, new to the 2stroke world. Anyway the oil check hole under the fill hole is it suppose to be open like this one is or is there suppose to be a bolt there?:confused: Thanks

could not find a pic but there should be a bolt in there for sure. your supposed to pour oil in untill it comes out that hole and then put the screw and copper washer back in.
