bottom end

im building a motor im geting the head done, cam and would like a piston around 13.5 to 1 but was told the bottom end wouldn't hold it because of thr roller bearing on the crank shaft and if i want that piston in it i need ball bearing on the crank what do i do

I wonder if that is true about the bottom end, I'm fixing to go into mine and do pretty much the same stuff
