450r carb?

I know that on an 04 and earlier 400 this mod makes a big differrence, but what about an 06 400. They already have a 38mm. Does it still give a power increase? I already have a carb, but my stock carb runs so good I'm not sure I want to change it.

the 450r carb is a 40mm round slide so its still bigger.....plus the newer ex carbs are only 1 mill bigger

I've got an 05 400, with a 450r carb on it, and it made a big difference. Night and day as far as performance from your carb. Highly recommended.

I installed it today, and I did notice a difference. But I have a bog if I stab the gas. Does this carb have a leak jet? It is off an 05.

No leak jets on the '04-'05s. How is it jetted? what temps? Elevation?
