i would like to know who does the best port work and how much gain could u get from porting i wont be set up for drag racing but i do ride with a lot of big quads almost all 700r and 450r so im trying to get as much top end as possible for those long straights

I got mine done at thumper racing. I cant remember the price though. You will notice a nice improvement after its ported. The stock ports are very restrictive on air flow. As far as hp numbers you would gain, im not sure.

I think a port job is around $175 and also YOU can tell them how you ride and where you want the power and they'll port it for your specs..

I think his flowed 400ex heads run 175-200 and take about 7 days, plus the ride back to you.

Curtis Sparks. I ripped mine down, called them, said I do mostly trails and a little track, did the whole motor package through them and it has been unbelievable. It was a bit costly, but well worth it in my opinion.

I would say Trinity Racing does the best. I got a stage IV port job, valve job, valve seals and put back together for $600. Best port work I have ever seen on a four wheeler head.
