question about licence in florida

hi
im now on vacation in ny city and then im going to florida to orlando.
and i have a question- i want to do an atv trip, where is the best to do? im talking about dunes
and how is it working with the licence thing? im 18.5 and i have in my country a licence to atv and car but i dunno how its works here, i heared you dont need a licence, is it true? where it worth to do the trip?
and i know how to ride and staff i had dvx for 1.5 years and some bikes

btw i want this trip because the dunes and tracks are like crasy here and i dont have this big in my country

over in calli there are some amazing dunes. The Imperial Sand Dunes to be exact.
