My youngest son Ryan isnt much of a superduper model, but when it comes to Christmas, he would stand naked in the street to get his picture taken with anything Christmas related! He is 110% ate up with the holiday:p

I'd go outside and take pictures of the lights on the house , but it's like -40 right now ...... the christmas tree in the house is all set up , BUT the camera is packed away for tomorrows journey.

Tree looks better with all the gifts under it and the lights on , but I wasn't unpacking all the gifts just for the pictures ... bad enough I had to search for the camera.

As long as we are all breathing and healthy, it will be a good day! Anything past that is a bonus!

This shot was taken right before deer season this year. I havent been posting much of CJ as..well...he has turned into a full blown teenager:p He still works with me when we have to do a shoot....but most of his free time finds him hitting the books or on his weight bench lifting. I wouldnt want that lil sucker punching me these days:p

Christmas came to early for me. just got my shopping done today. of coarse we got a nice ice storm so there was no crowds to fight off. i had a heck of a fight with the ice on my dakota(the whole truck was covered) ill post the good pics up tomorrow.

that is a 12' tree. got it from Walmart for $199...it was pre-lit too which is cool with me. :p

I just measured mine and it was 10ft lol but its pretty wide. I'll probally get a picture tomorrow or something

Well, today started out kind of bad:p I had intended on heading to the river to do more waterfowl shots, but once again we got nailed with ice and it was to dangerous to head out. The wife got her hours switched so I had to take her in early and wasnt about to head back these roads until it warmed up...which left me in the lowlands for the evening:D

With not much to do, I drove around looking at the rain that moved in. As soon as it passed I tried to head over to the spot (picture above) for a sunset shot but it did not break until it was very low on the horizon and was weak...oh well lol.

Killing time found me in a parking lot shooting some facility...lol. I would have gone back up the ridge to get a higher vantage point but it was still icy up there. Finally made it home with the wife and kicked started looking for a reason my internet is so damn slow:( Anywho....thats my christmas eve haha

Well the kids have had their baths, and into their PJ's.
Mom is slicing up the apples for the reindeers, and it's almost time for bed, so Santa can come to spead his rewards for this years reports of naughty and nice.

Last order of duty for the kids is to sprinkle the reindeer bait on the front walk, just befor going to bed.....

my wife said last night that we should have saved a deer hoof to make muddy prints. i told her i still had a few legs in the tractor bucket:devil: needless to say there wasnt any prints made:D
