I recently put in a yz killswitch button for my starter button (06 er), and my headlight was busted, so i removed the whole switch box. I took note of which wires were what and made myself a wiring diagram for future reference as I went.. But, seems to me, like when it gets wet, and I could be wrong because sometimes it does it for no reason, but the starter button wont work.. The neutral and oil lights go out like it's trying to start, but nothing happens.. And if i hold it long enough, I blow the fuse.. Grr. I have to jump the selanoid to get it to fire.. Anyone else have this problem and know what it is???

It sounds like you may have a hot wire exposed and grounding out. I would check your wiring, and put a good coat of di-electric grease on any connections that may become exposed. And then of course wrap everything in electrical tape.
