Bought my wife a 250EX (07) this last fall. We ride the coastal timber trails of Oregon. Lots of ruts and roots, mud is normal in the spring/fall....not gooey deep mud, but the slickery slide down the hill kind!

Anyway, some of the sports quads in our riding group have started running the ITP Mudlites, since they started making them in smaller sizes. Seem to be fantastic! Question is for us.....EX comes stock in the 22" size (F&R). Don't want to go smaller in the back, because of the clearance.

Wouldvd it make sense to run the 22x11x10 in the rear, and the 23x8x10 in front? Or stay with the 22? Seems like most sports machines run bigger in front than in back....

Going to mount them on the new ITP SS112 Machined wheels.....extra offset in the rear should give some more stability.

Comments?

sounds good

i dont think you would have to go with a 23' front
the 20' or 22' should do just fine up front

You're probably right; I was just thinking a tiny bit more clearance always helps, but that also makes it a tiny bit more top-heavy as well!

Thanks for the input!
