My 09 YFZR with mods,BEST NERFS!!!

This is my new YFZR with a few mods.Parking brake removed,Flexx bars taken off my old yfz,Douglas wheels from the old yfz,modified hood form my old yfz(probably the only new R with a hood),REM nerfs/pegs/heel guards.I also purchased some clear thick mill sticker sheets and cut them out to protect the frame rails at the knee area and down at the boot area(Dustin Nelsons had all the paint rubbed off these two locations).Ray at REM is a friend of mine so I think me,Bill Ballance and Dustin are the only three with this setup.He should have more available soon,check his web site, REMPERFORMANCE.COM and give him a call.They are by far the best out there and bolt up with ease in minutes.09 yfzr 110.jpg09 yfzr 106.jpg 09 yfzr 107.jpg 09 yfzr 104.jpg

Could you or anyone else with the 450R measure the front width with a rider? I know specs show near 49", but that is the widest part and that is ussally the rear. Just trying to see how it would do for trails and xc racing.

Those nerf bars are nice!!!! The only thing is I wish they lowered the peg a full 1 3/4" like the GYTRs.
