Jet or not?

I have an 06 450er with the hrc kit and K&N air filter. I am considering a hmf iroman slip on. Will my jetting be ok or will I need to rejet.

You will need to rejet. Anything you do that changes the A/F ratio will require a jetting change.

If you have the full HRC kit INCLUDING the HRC jets installed already. A slip on will most likely not require a main jet change.
If anything you might have to go up one size on the pilot if you get any popping on decel or a bog when you snap the throttle off idle.

That is true, but he is already jetted for an open air box, which makes most of the air flow difference.
Going from a stock silencer with the baffle out to an aftermarket slip-on has a minimal affect.

fsteunf, have you rejetted the bike or are the jets still stock?

I have the complete hrc kit including jets. All installed when it was new at the dealer so I don't know what jets are in it but it runs great.
