Does anybody know for what number 16 is. I want to instal a crf ignition but I don't have anything to connect it on. Thanks.
Is't from a 450r 2005

All you need to do is get the crf flywheel, stator and a stock crf wire harness. Then crf ignition and carburetor. that should do it.

Its called a carb heater. I don't know wtf it actually does, I don't see why an ATV carb would need a heater.
But I don't think it is needed for the bike to run.

I run a CRF carb, and the plug on the harness that plugs into that heater is taped off.

to run the CRF ignition you need the flywheel, stator, CDI and harness, u need to machine ur stator ccover and buy the adapter plate, you cant run lights or fan with this setup btw

whats the advantage of the crf ignition kit?

quicker acceleration because of the lighter flywheel, stator doesnt have to produce as much power as trx and the cdi has a higher rev limit and better curves

Also the harness is self is much much lighter then the TRX harness.
Doesn't have all the extra unneeded BS.

yea thats true but i wouldnt do a crf ignition for that reason, if you have any know how you can modify stock harnesses really easily
