photoshop gurus - need help

Can anyone put the frame orange on this thing? I would really apreciate it.. I can get a free powdercoating but it has to be orange.

BTW, this is not my bike.. but i'll be ordering the same plastics.

It can be done, but it will take more time. It's harder because the frame is black in the other pics. If I get a chance I will give it a shot.
