EVS Neck Brace-Compatable w/ Chest Protectors?

I bought a brand new EVS Neck Brace and a new Thor Sentinal Chest protector, I really cannot see how I can use the two together, Anyone had any experience with these two?

i dont use a chest pro with mine but im pretty sure it sits over the brace and some straps should have come with the evs that will attach them it explains it in the manuel/instructions but i cant find mine right now
