we have 3 09' quads to build in the next few weeks , 1 - national 50cc stock limited and 2 national 70cc, I will try to share some pics along the way , I am allways getting calls asking where to mount the rezzy's or the tensioner on a DC- Mach-1 swingarm etc , so I am gonna share some pics of how we normally do things if it gives you ideas thats good , Let me say I am not claiming this is the right way or the only way just our choice after doing it a few times , maybe I can save someone from a couple of the mistakes that I have made along the way.

Nice build marc! Something to look out for, i have been building brackets that raise the radiator overflow bottle up about 1 1/2", using the existing mounting holes. This will keep the long travel set up from crushing the bottom of the overflow resevoir. Just something to add when doing full builds like this nice one your doing.

I remove them from the back and make the mount bolt to front rad mount on right front side. Easier to check and shorter hose etc... Just a cleaner look.

I have seen it done that way also and works good, we just try to disribute as much of the weight as possible to the rear of the bikes, especially the water cooled units.

Thanks for the heads up, I allways run the bottle up front also , this build was originally getting stock suspension and Fox's but changed at last minute and have not moved the bottle yet . I might want to see your bracket though that is an interesting idea to raise it .

Hey Marc, I just raised Logan's by putting the one bolt with a small washer through the slot in the bracket.

mach-1 by DC long travel front and rear suspension, without driver I want 7 .75" ground clearance and straight level on bottom frame rails. when driver sits on quad it will be 1/4 inch lower in the rear .
