Mini Bluetooth 2.0 USB

I used the search already. But it didn't answer my question. I have never used bluetooth. Mother in-laws laptop doesn't have it installed. She just bought an all in one HP(BT capable) printer,copier,scanner.

Does anybody have experience with the Mini bluetooth usb 2.0 ?Which brands work the best ? They are very cheap priced. I just want something thats going to work well. She is in her 60's and excited about being wireless lol. I hooked her up wireless with a Linksys a few months ago.

I have the wireless mouse/keyboard combo from dell, and it came with a dell bluetooth USB, and I have no problems or complaints with it.
