Some help please

Ok so I just finished rebuilding my blaster after its been sitting for months. The only thing is now the clutch won't engage. It has the right tension and is adjusted properly it just doesn't engage. I know this is a common blaster problem after they sit for a while. If anyone's tackled this problem and would help me out quick it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks guys. Im pretty sure it has to deal with adjusting something on the clutch basket is what someone told me.

Oh jeez I can't say I've EVER heard this as a "common" blaster problem. I'd still check and make sure the adjustment is right at the case. If it's off a fair amount there, it won't engage. Other than that I don't really know what to tell ya.
