I have a 2004 YFZ450 Engine bored out to a true 450 with a JE YFZ piston, a standard size falicon crank, and about 10 hours on the motor. I would like to sell the motor to buy a 2007+ stock engine or a new crate engine. It has the oil mod done to it as well.
I was plannign to race, but I dont think it going to happen so I would like to get into a low hour engine to avoid all of the headaches associated with race motors.
I know that a stock engine will run anywhere from $1500 - $1800 on ebay if there're lucky.
Can anyone give me any ideas on an asking price?
The motor does run strong and is one the bike now. Anyone interested or that can provide me some info shoot me a post.
