My 06 450r has a Sparks cam, Full system Sparks exhaust, KandN air filter, and some other performance parts....im not sure what piston and rings is in it right now but im getting new piston and rings so what size piston should i get? Im racing nationals with this quad so performance wise what would be the best size/brand?

i really like CP pistons. If you go with a compression of 13:1 or higher, u will need race gas. I have a 12.5:1 and it runs great on pump gas

I'll be using the curtis sparks piston made by CP. I think it is 15:1, and I'll be using a crf head gasket too. Thats like 15.5:1. Most people don't want to go that high though.

Since you are running a sparks cam and exhaust I would look into one of their pistons and possibly head work from them. I personally like CP pistons and have ran a 14:1 FOREVER. I finally went to a 13:1 but you can't go wrong with any CP piston. If you want to run pump gas, as stated above, the 12.5:1 is flawless and a very good piston.
