Tranny oil drain bolt is located under the front sprocket

the tranny oil is poured in on the exhaust side- right above the clutch cover there is a black plug identical to the crank oil plug that is on the front of the stator cover on the shifter side--- oil is based on user preference-- honda red transmission oil 85w90 or honda hp4 10w40--- the red tranny oil is easier on your tranny gears,,, but hard as hell on clutch plates.... the 10w40 is what most "racers" i know use. -- change it every weekend!!!!!

capacity is about .7 quarts or 22-23 ounces of oil-- the easiest way to pour it is an old tranny oil lid on it and keep pouring a lil in at a time until you only have 9-10 ounces left in the new quart- this minimizes waste and lets u combine two oil changes leftover for a third oil change!!

and as far as your tranny goin into gear hard... that may be why it was sold--- try replacing the clutches and inspect the basket for grooves- if it is grooved where the plates ride install a new basket and clutch kit..... if that dont fix it.... time to have the cases split and new tranny gears and shift forks and drums...
