Good Trade?

Well I have had my 01 suzuki 80cc dirtbike up for sale with no luck for two months and the other day I saw a 97 sanoma for sale or trade.So I asked if he would be willing to trade and he seems interested. The truck needs brake booster,transmission solenoid and muffler I am not sure how many miles are on it its the 2.2 4 cylinder. The body looks to be in ok shape. It is a four hour drive to get it. So is it worth it?
