where can i get tcs shocks?

i have heard K&K is a good place to get tcs shocks... is this true?
also where else can i find them... depending on what type of money i have after x-mas i want to get either tcs triple rates fully adjustable zero preload shocks, they have them on k&k for 850 or get elkas from the quadshop... they are more expensive arent they? i dunno i have heard great things about both i dont even kno if i will have the money to get them at all... but if i do what should i get im down to those two
